<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve stability against SF6 dissolved gas, mechanical strength and prcessability and reduce dielectric constant by using alumina spherical powder and dolomite as a filling agent. SOLUTION: Injected materials contain epoxy resin, hardener, an filler comprises an alumina spherical powder obtained by explosive burning in oxygen gas current, and a molded article molded with epoxy resin composition for resisting against SF6 mixed with dolomite. As a hardener, acid anhydride-based materials are desired. For instance, phthalic anhydride, tetrahydrophthalic anhydride, hexahidrophthalic anhydride, nagic anhydride, methylnagic anhydride, maleic anhydride, benzophenone tetracarbon anhydride and the like can be used, and these can be used as a single or by mixing two or more kinds together. By doing this, dissolved gas property against SF6 , mechanical strength and processability can be improved and also the dielectric constant can be reduced.</p> |
