<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a toner capable of giving an image having a high image density and free from fog with satisfactory highlight reproducibility, excellent in the stability of the quantity of electric charges in use over a long period of time and rapidly ensuring a proper quantity of electric charges. SOLUTION: This toner contains a compd. based on a constituent element consisting of a cation which is a diallylammonium-sulfur dioxide copolymer represented by the general formula and an anion of >=0.25nm<3> size. In the formula, each of (k) and (p) is 1 or 0, (k) and (p) are not equal to each other, (m) is 0-1 and each of X and Y is an alkyl, aryl, aralkyl or H.</p> |
