<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely receive an important packet communication request by preventing congestion or avoiding the acception of packet processing from being disabled due to a fault by efficiently allocating plural packet trunks corresponding to the packet communication request in an extremely simple configuration. SOLUTION: A subscriber data memory circuit 3 registers subscriber data corresponding to a terminal to be housed from a terminal 4 for command input into a subscriber data memory 3. A state managing memory 1 periodically collects and monitors the working states of packet trunks (PKTT) 15a-15n. Namely, normal, fault and busy states or the like are managed as the states of the PKTT 15a-15n. A configuration managing memory 2 divides the PKTT 15a-15n into groups and manages them and a redundant PKTT group A is redundantly constituted to use #1(15a) and #2(15b) as the PKTT to be used for processing for extension housing packet.</p> |
