The switch includes two sets of electrical contacts which are formed by two power cut-off plugs as described by a MARECHAL patent. The female plug has several modules (30), each allowing the opening or closing of a circuit on load and having a magnetic blower chamber (32), a fixed contact (33) and a moving contact (31) pivoting on an axis. Each module is operated by one contact of a moving plug (11), operated by a linear displacement of an electric, hydraulic, pneumatic or oleopneumatic jack with a rack or worm screw. It is controlled by a module comprising a number of relays and/or electronic circuits. The control has a thunderstorm detection system sensitive to climatic, electromagnetic, electrical and acoustic information.
