<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coordinate input device capable of preventing the exposed part of a draw-out electrode from being peeled from a transparent resistance film when various kinds of heat treatment are applied to the coordinate input device. SOLUTION: A first transparent substrate 1 and a second transparent substrate 9 are arranged confronting with each other, and the transparent substrate 1 is provided with the transparent resistance film 2, a first transparent electrode 4 provided in a terminal area 3, a first draw-out electrode 5 connected to the transparent electrode 4, and a first insulating film 6 covering an area 3 edge part except for the exposed part 7 of the draw-out electrode 5 and including the draw-out electrode 5, and the second transparent substrate 9 is provided with the transparent resistance film 10, a second transparent electrode 12 provided in a terminal area 11 in a state intersecting orthogonally to the transparent electrode 4, a second draw-out electrode 13 connected to the transparent electrode 12, a third draw-out electrode 14 connected electrically to the draw-out electrode 5, and a second insulating film 15 covering an area 11 edge part except for the exposed part 16 of the draw-out electrode 14 confronting with the exposed part 7 and including the draw-out electrodes 13, 14, and a conductive transfer 8 is adhered by arranging between the exposed parts 7, 16, and the periphery of the exposed parts 13, 14 on which the transfer 8 is adhered are covered with the expansion parts of the insulating film 6, 15.</p> |
