A basic body (5) accommodates the individual parts of the connection with the tube (1). A cap nut (3) is used for screwing on to the basic body. A selectively insertable locking ring (2) or clamp adapter is incorporated. The locking ring is insertable in the cap nut and the clamp adapter in the basic body. The fitting itself is dismantlable into its individual parts without a problem. The fitting is formed as an insert connection and has a basic body of plastic or pref. brass and a cap nut with a locking ring. Furthermore, an O-ring (4), a loosely inserted support socket (9) in the basic body and tube, and a cover ring (8) are provided.
