GRANULAR PREPARATION AND PRODUCING PROCESS THEREOF

A granular preparation comprising grains which have been prepared by granulating a drug powder with an oily low-melting powdery/granular material in a molten state and melt-coating the grains with a hydrophobic, oilabsorbent polymer compound in the form of a fine powder optionally together with a filler in the form of a fine powder, and a method for producing the same. The preparation does not solidify even under humid and hot conditions and the bitterness of the drug can be effectively masked thereby.
