A musical doll 1, may be adapted to the height of a user (10, Figure 2) and attached to the latter by straps 4 on its feet. At the back of its body 5 the doll comprises a cassette tape player 6. The cassette tape player 6 is connected to a microphone (8) that can be located near the mouth of the user by appropriate supporting and fastening elements (12, 14). The user can thereby sing the lyrics of a melody played by the cassette tape player 6.
