The cutter block (3) of a device for producing sheets of equal format from webs of paper has, on its circumference, at least one pair of cutters which interacts with a fixed counter-cutter (4) and is composed of two individually adjustable cutters (5, 6), the shafts (7, 8) of which are in each case fastened to a clamping surface (12, 13) of a prism-shaped recess (10, 11) which extends parallel to the axis of rotation of the cutter block (3) and can be adjusted and/or set by means of a delivery element which acts approximately perpendicularly on the shaft (7, 8).
