<p>A machine for burying one edge of a plastic film used for crop land rehabilitation, comprising holders (33, 34) for mounting and unwinding a reel (B) or roll of plastic film folded over a plurality of times along longitudinal fold lines, at least one shovel (4) for opening a furrow, guide means (31, 51) for guiding one longitudinal edge of the unwound film down to the bottom of the furrow, means (14, 21) arranged behind said shovel (4) for positioning and holding the edge of the unwound film at the bottom of the furrow, and means (28) arranged behind the holding means for filling in said furrow. Said holders (33, 34) for the plastic film reels (B) are offset in the longitudinal direction of the machine so that the reel axis (38) is at an angle to the transverse direction of said machine.</p> |
