The method for preventing rapid change of current generated at PWM mode switching point includes steps; a) determining pulse mode with command of PWM controller ; b) determining if the determined mode is for former one ; c) maintaining all of UVW phases with present pulse mode if it is for former one; d) switching mode only for phase out of UVW phases which pulse width is not extended if it is not for the selected phase after 1 step; and f) completing pulse mode selection after permoing d) and e) steps.
