A carrier sheet for facsimile transmission, which serves to avoid a waste of covering forms that are usually used one for each facsimile transmission. The carrier sheet is a combination of an erasable writing sheet and a transparent protective sheet, which are superposed and bonded on one end. The writing sheet is transparent and adhesive on its back. The length of the carrier sheet is preferably at least 5 mm less than the length of the covering form to be attached. The bonded portion of the protective sheet surface is preferably roughened. |
