Diary and cosmetic products contain 2 to 35 % wt. of fat base consisting of mixture of vegetable oils, to 10 % wt. of emulsifier based on higher fatty acid acylglycerols and their derivatives with carbon acids, 0.01 to 3 % wt. of stabiliser and water. Mixture of vegetable oils is advantegeously made by palm oil, cole-seed oil, copra-oil, soya-bean oil or sunflower oil. These products advantegeously contain potash sorbane, vitamins, dairy aroma and proteins. |
