Benzamidoxime derivatives represented by general formula (I), pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof, or a cell adhesion inhibitor containing the same, wherein R<1> is hydrogen, alkyl, aralkyl, or acyl; R<2> and R<3> are each independetly hydrogen, alkyl or acyl; A is oxygen, carbonyl, (a) or A'-R<4> {R<4> is hydrogen, (substituted) alkyl, (substituted) aryl (specifically, piperidino or piperazino), (substituted) aralkyl or (substituted) alkoxycarbonyl; and A' is N or CH}; B is (b), (c) or (d) (j being integer of 0 to 2; and k being 1 or 2) or -(CH2)m- (m being an integer of 1 to 3); X is hydrogen or halogeno; and n is an integer of 1 to 3. |
