The invention concerns a process and two devices by means of which eddy currents with high mass and/or speed concentrations and circulation are generated from parallel main flows and used as energy. According to the invention, at least two different rotational currents with a common axis of rotation are generated in hollow cylinders and a plurality of potential vortices are mutually inserted and concentrated. The result thereof is stabilized eddy currents which are concentrated in terms of mass and/or speed and, with respect to simple vortex circulation, have higher energy concentrations which can be used as energy. |
