PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a conjugate nonwoven fabric sheet excellent in water absorption, causing no falling off of hydrophilic powder added to provide water absorption. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic polyolefin is melted by an extruder, passed through dies 1 and 2 vertically arranged side by side, extruded and thinned by a high temperature high-speed gas. The inside of a web 4 released from the die 1 is sprayed with hydrophilic powder from a powder spaying device 3 arranged between the dies at an angle of 30 deg. from the advance direction of the web. The web 4 and a web 5 released from the die 2 are caught by a collector 6 and bonded by an embossing roll 7 to produce the objective conjugate nonwoven fabric sheet. |
