PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To release locking by light force by a lever handle and a pull-out lever handle, to ensure safety during operation and to prevent the damage of a gasket in a lower section. SOLUTION: A passive arm section 31 is installed to a release lever 21 releasing the constraint of a locking plate 3 by a keeper lever 12, and an operating projection 32 abutted against the passive arm 31 is formed on the rear side of the operating arm section 33 of a control lever 16. A pull-out lever handle having a long shank is fixed onto the horizontal pivotal shaft 22 of the release lever 21 projected to the rear side of a case 1, and a lever handle connected to the horizontal pivotal shaft 22 and arranged on the front side of the case 1 is formed in a fan shape that a central section is bent and the push-up surface of a front end section is placed horizontally. The lower end section of the case 1 is formed in long size, and the locking plate 3 and a block plate 9 are housed in the case 1. |
