PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a gold or silver foil for food, produced by laminating a foil selected from gold foil and silver foil to an edible film, having optimum adhesivity between the edible foil and the food and free from blocking tendency. SOLUTION: Foils are pasted to both surfaces of an edible film to prevent the exhibition of the adhesivity and tackiness of the edible film 2 and the excessive adhesivity of the food to the edible foil 1. The foil 3 pasted to the rough side of the edible film forms an irregular surface to enable the residence of air between the films in lamination. |
