<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building with a heat collector which can improve efficiency at low cost and supply energy in a desired quantity stably. SOLUTION: A building 20 has a constitution in which a heat collector C is installed to a roof 30 having double structure, and the heat collector C is divided into a first heat-collecting section C1 and a second heat-collecting section C2. The second heat-collecting section C2 has a heat-insulating layer 46 formed of a glass plate 45 while parting materials 48, 49 are arranged so that the sectional area S2 of a flow path R2 is made smaller than the total sectional area S1 of the flow paths R1, R1..., of the first heat-collecting section C1. The operation of an air blower for introducing the outside air to the flow paths R1, R2 is controlled on the basis of the result of the measurement of an anemometer, an outside air temperature indicator, a sunshine recorder, etc.</p> |
