EXTRUDED SHAPE FOR BENDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of cross sectional deformation and wrinkle of a shape in three dimensional bending of a hollow extruded shape of a cross section of non round shape. SOLUTION: A projecting part 12 in contact with the outer face of a core 8 is formed on the inner face of a hollow extruded shapes 10 which is subjected to bending with passing through a fixed die 3 and moving die 4 and with using the core 8. By this method, at the time of bending the shape 10, the projecting part 12 is brought into external contact with the core 8, the relative position deviation between the core 8 and the shape 10 is prevented and generation of cross sectional deformation and wrinkle of the shape 10 is prevented.
