PURPOSE:To obtain a vibration damper suitable for automobile having excellent process workability and light weight composing polyurethane obtained by reacting respective specific polyol and organic polyisocyanate in the presence of catalyst and thixotropic auxiliary. CONSTITUTION:(A) Polyol having 80-2000 hydroxyl group value and (B) polyisocyanate comprising (i) prepolymer having 5-15% of NCO % and (ii) prepolymer having >=25% of NCO % and 7-20% of average NCO % are reacted in the presence of catalyst (preferably triethylamine, etc.) and thixotropic auxiliary (preferably surface-treated sedimentating calcium carbonate of calcite type, etc.), and further additives, as necessary, to afford the aimed material. Besides, 2-3-hydric polyether polyol, etc., is preferable as component A and 2,4-tolylenediisocyanate, etc., is preferable as organic polyisocyanate using of production of component (i) and (ii). |
