<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity and to eliminate wear of a die to improve the life thereof by a method wherein at least a part of a rear face board provided at the rear end on a bottom board of a storage body is formed into a wide tapered shape on the side of the bottom board thereby to reduce the occurrence of fins at a rear face receiving part. SOLUTION: A rear face receiving rib 16 formed outward of an outside rib 13 on a rear face board is formed into a wide tapered shape on the side of a bottom board. The rib 16 is oriented at an angleθof 91-105 deg. with respect to the bottom board. And an edge 23a on the rear side of a side board 23 also is tapered at an angle 6 with respect to an edge 23b on the side of the bottom. Since the rib 16 is tapered, even if a storage case is manufactured and formed using an ordinary parting line, pressure can be easily applied to the rib 16, and hence occurrence of fins in the rib 16 can be reduced. Thus productivity can be improved and the life of a die can be extended.</p> |
