<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with welding work at a site and facilitate high lift work by assembling shelves and outer wall frame bodies to the floor side, constituting a roof body with bed portions and roof board portions, forming the beam portions at a factory, forming the roof board portions at the site, arranging the beam portions on the shelves, and connecting them with connecting tools. SOLUTION: Shelves 20 and outer wall frame bodies 32 are assembled, and beam portions 41 are assembled on the shelves 20. The beam portions 41 are formed at a factory and conveyed to a site in advance. Beams 42 are hoisted by a crane vehicle at the site then mounted on the upper ends of the stanchions 23 of the shelves 20. Connecting tools are operated between matched bolt holes, and the beam portions 41 are assembled on the shelves 20 with no welding work at the site. After the beam portions 41 are assembled, end sections of main house materials 51 are connected by suspension materials. Bent boards are arranged on roof board fitting metals, and adjacent edges are connected by bent connecting tools. Caps are inserted between adjacent edges, and roof board portions 50 are assembled.</p> |
