PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out cleaning along with the shapes of the front and rear surfaces of a track vehicle by providing the device with a traveling rail provided above the vehicle, an arm which is provided in such a way that it can travel over the traveling rail, and can be rotated downward, and with a cleaning brush capable of traveling over the arm. SOLUTION: A motor 13 for an arm is provided over a traveling trolley 10, enables an arm 2 to be lowered down to its working spot, and also enables it to be housed in a housing position close to a traveling rail 1 by winding or unwinding a wire 14. A brush frame 30 capable of being moved over the arm 2, is connected to an endless chain, and is moved over the arm 2 by driving a motor 21 for lifting a brush. Furthermore, a brush rotation motor is provided over the brush frame 30, a cleaning brush 3 is rotated by driving the brush rotation motor, so that the front and rear surfaceαof a vehicle Z, or its roofβin addition, can thereby be cleaned.
