PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize distribution of exhaust gas in the optimal ratio even when a gas turbine is started and stopped in a combined plant which generates steam by burning fuel by residual oxygen in exhaust gas by introducing exhaust gas of the gas turbine to a boiler furnace and distributively flows the exhaust gas of the boiler furnace to a gas feed water heater and an air preheater. SOLUTION: When a gas turbine 1 is started or stopped, dampers 3 and 4 are controlled by a rotating speed detector 12 and function setting units 13 and 14, and the distribution corresponding to a change in rotating speed of the gas turbine is performed. After starting of the gas turbine is completed, it is switched to control such as setting a temperature difference in outlet exhaust gas of both heat exchangers 5 and 6 not more than a prescribed value by switches 15 and 16. |
