PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively obtain an adhesive tape giving a light-weight and rigid plastic double-layered board in a short and simple process with an excellent workability by nipping the adhesive tape between the two plastic plates comprising specific compositions. SOLUTION: A moisture permeation-inhibiting layer 8 is closely attached to one face of a moisture-absorbing layer (k) composed of a desiccating agent-containing rubber layer coated with a desiccant-containing tacky material layer 7 or a tacky material and a room temperature-curing adhesive layer 9 is closely attached to the layer 8, and made to one body in these turn. The desiccant-containing tacky material layer 7 can be formed by filling desiccating agent powder in a tacky material having high Mooney viscosity such as an acrylic material. An aluminum foil, etc., can be used as the permeation-inhibiting layer 8. The room temperature-curing adhesive layer 9 can be obtained by using a composition containing 100 pts.wt. of an alkenyl-containing organopolysiloxane of the formula: CH2 =CH(CH3 )2 SiO[(CH3 )(CH2 =CH)SiO]m -[(CH3 )2 SiO]n -Si(CH3 )2 -(CH=CH2 ) ((m+n) is 50-20,000), an organohydrogen polysiloxane of the formula: R(CH3 )2 SiO-[(CH3 )HSiO]k -[(CH3 )2 SiO]j -Si(CH3 )2 R ((k+j) is 8-98; R is CH3 or H) in an amount of 1.5-10 times equivalent of the organopolysiloxane, 3-10 pts.wt. of a vinyl group-containing alkoxysilane and a platinum catalyst in an amount of 20-500ppm reducing to platinum. |
