PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use various devices so as to enhance the production efficiency by providing an alarming means for issuing an alarm if such a condition that a rot is not applied to any of the various devices, and accordingly, the various devices are left as they are, is continued exceeding an alarm limit time. SOLUTION: If a rot to be applied for a certain device is present, a device leaving information memory part 9 is searched for whether determination is made that the device is left as it is, or not until the previous check. If the device is determined as it is left, an updated time of the device leaving information memory part 9 is updated, and when a difference between the present time and a time at which the leaving of the device is detected, exceeds an alarm limit time set in a setting input part 5, an alarm output part 104 is information of this fact so that an alarm condition flag in the device leaving information memory part 9 is turned on. Thereafter, a leaving recording part 10 is informed of the name of a device, the present time, and the time of detection. |
