PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To abolish both a built-in type air bag door and a recessed groove in the surface of a skin, and concurrently, let an instrument panel be easily cleaved when an air bag is expanded. SOLUTION: A foamed resin layer 3 is polymerized over the back surface of a skin 2, meanwhile, a core member 5 provided with an opening 4, and an air bag door 7 which is disposed at the opening 4 with its one end fixed thereto, are polymerized to the back surface of the foamed resin layer 3, and a recessed groove 8 is formed in the back surface of the skin 2 while the circumference of an air bag door 7 is made a breaking part. A flange part 9 which is erected while being faced to the recessed groove 8, is formed in the circumferential periphery of the air bag door 7 faced to the recessed groove 8, and concurrently, a part of the flange part 9 is formed so as to be high in a crest shape as specified, and a recessed groove 8a faced to a flange crest part 10 is made wide in width as specified. |
