PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly perform the vulcanization of a retreaded tire and to enhance workability. SOLUTION: A vulcanizing apparatus is constituted of lower and upper molds 18A, 18B openable and closable in a tire axis direction and a pair of lower and upper bead rings 20A, 20B holding the bead parts Tb of a tire T. The part holding the bead part Tb and a protruding part 21 are provided to the upper bead ring 20B and the leading end part 21a of the protruding part 21 is formed into a cylindrical shape of which the diameter is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the lower bead ring 20A and an 0-ring 24 is attached to the inner peripheral surface of the lower bead ring 20A. In such a state that a mold is closed, the leading end part 21a of the protruding part 21 of the upper bead ring 20B is fitted in the lower bead ring 20A and the outer peripheral surface of the leading end part 21a of the protruding part 21 and the inner peripheral surface of the lower bead ring 20A are sealed by the O-ring 24. |
