PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a tip clearance of a gas turbine moving blade in an optimal value regardless of thermal expansion or the like. SOLUTION: A control valve 106 arranged in piping of air 109 to cool the outer periphery of a divided ring 101 arranged in a casing around a moving blade 103, is controlled on the basis of a detecting value of a clearance sensor 105 embedded in and fixed to an inner wall of the divided ring 101.
