摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expedite the gas bleeding of the periphery of the bag of a bag- shaped molding and to reduce the defect of a product by guiding gas generated in urethane foam molding foam to a core space to remove it by providing a vent hole even at a core die. SOLUTION: A split part is fixed to a closed state by a magnet, soft urethane foam material is cast in a lower mold cavity, and then a cover is rapidly closed. The urethane is started to be foamed in molds (1) and (3), and reaction gas is exhausted out of the cavity via a vent hole (4). Since the urethane foam is thermosetting resin, heat is sufficiently applied to the mold, and curing of a product is waited. When the urethane foam is sufficiently cured, the mold is opened, and a mold is released. After the molding is removed, the split part of the upper part of a core die (2) is opened to this side, vent chips invaded into and generated in the interior are deleted, the split part is returned to the closed state, and waited for next foaming.
