<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of carriage, and to realize the inspection at one time by using a movable jig for carriage provided with a fixing part to fix a plurality of cases at the prescribed position, and manufacturing a plurality of optical coupling devices with the jig as the unit to implement each process. SOLUTION: A movable jig 10 for carriage provided with a fixing part to fix a plurality of photo interrupters P at the prescribed position is used in the assembly, inspection and packing processes. An inspection device to be used in the inspection process is provided with a dimension inspection device 20 to inspect the dimensions of the photo-interrupters P, and positioning mechanisms 13, 14 which are characteristic inspection devices to inspect the electrical or optical characteristics and position the jig 10. The jig 10 is carried by a conveyor or a handling device, or manually, and a plurality of photo- interrupters P are carried at one time as one unit of works to be worked in each process.</p> |
