PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to eliminate or decrease the stimuli on the skin of even a throw-away product user having the sensitive skin by incorporating a glycirrhetic acid material into the surface in contact with the skin. SOLUTION: The glycirrhetic acid base material is incorporated into the entire part of a liquid permeable top sheet 2 and/or barrier sheet 4a of, for example, paper diapers of a type having a barrier cuff or the part in contact with the skin. One selected from the group consisting of dipotassium glycirrhetate, monoammonium glycirrhetate,β-glycirrhetic acid and stearyl glycirrhetate or a mixture composed of a plurality thereof is used as the glycirrhetic acid base material. The glycirrhetic acid base material is dissolved or dispersed at a prescribed concn. into a suitable alcoholic solvent or dispersion medium and the soln. or mixture is applied in the part described above or this part is impregnated with this soln. or dispersion.
