PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable stable power generation by a fuel cell and to contrive reduction of a running cost and long life of the fuel cell by utilizing anaerobic digestion gas as a raw material. SOLUTION: Desulfurization and decarboxylation treatments are performed by bringing anaerobic digestion gas into gas-liquid contact with neutral or weak alkali liquid in a reaction tower 1. Then, desulfurization and decarboxylation treatments are performed by bringing the anaerobic digestion gas into gas-liquid contact with alkali liquid in a reaction tower 2. Thereby, the concentration of methane is increased and the concentrations of carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide are lowered and therefore anaerobic digestion gas is used as fuel of the fuel cell 5. |
