PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the palate and flavor of a fish-paste product by washing or producing it with water treated with harmonic voltage to impart it with antisepticity. SOLUTION: A harmonic voltage is applied, using a transformer, on the water in a water treatment tank, and a fish-paste product is washed or produced with the resultant treated water. The transformer contains a primary side transformer 2 and a secondary side transformer 3, a primary coil 4 is connected to a 100V electric source, and a secondary coil 5 is connected, via switches S1 , S2 , etc., to a primary coil 6. The outer periphery of the secondary coil 8 on the secondary side of a core 7 is externally engaged, via an electrical insulating material, with an conductive ring cylinder 9, and the outer periphery thereof is successively engaged, via electrical insulating materials, with conductive ring cylinders 10, 11, and each one terminal 12 led-through is introduced, via a tap, into the water in the tank, while the end of the other terminal 15 is sealedly insulated. |
