<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the whole amount of data collected to elongate the data collection period while correctly collecting the data in a sampling time corresponding to the change amount of the measurement data. SOLUTION: A data collecting device comprises a collection item setting means 5 for setting the item of data to be collected, a monitoring item deciding means 4a for deciding a data item, the change amount of which is qualitatively small as a monitoring item, and data storage means 4a, 4c for collecting data on the data collecting items in every designated sampling time, storing the data on the data collecting items other than the monitoring item, and further storing only the data on the monitoring item, the data of which changes over an allowable change among the data on the monitoring items.</p> |
