<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a binder which has excellent adhesion to various plastic films and gives a print excellent in suitability for retortion, boiling resistance, surface strength, nontackiness, oil resistance, etc. SOLUTION: This binder comprises, as the main component, a polyurethane obtained by reacting a polyol ingredient with a polyisocyanate ingredient. The polyol ingredient comprises, as the main component, a polyester polyol comprising dicarboxylic acid units represented by the formula CO-CH2 -CH(CH3 )-CH2 -CO as a major component and having a number-average mol.wt. of 700-5,000.</p> |
