PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject treating agent excellent in lubricity at high temperatures under high tension by incorporating a specific sulfur-contg. phosphate compound as the essential ingredient with at least one kind of agent selected from smoothing agents, surfactants and antistatic agents. SOLUTION: This treating agent, a lubricant, is obtained by incorporating 0.5-100wt.% of a sulfur-contg. phosphate compound of formula 1 or II (R is a 2-20C alkyl; AD is a 2-4C alkylene oxide; (n) is an integer of 1-20; M is H, an alkali metal, ammonium or organic amine) with at least one kind of agent selected from smoothing agents, surfactants and anitstatic agents. Synthetic fibers such as polyester fibers or nylon fibers are provided with 0.3-2.0 (pref. 0.5-1.5)wt.%, on a genuine basis, of this lubricant by nozzle or roller oiling method. |
