PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve energy conservation and to reduce salt bathing amount by cool molding foam heated by salt bath method foaming unit, and simultaneously specifying the number of cleaning tanks including a cooling layer for cooling and removing salt stuck to foam by warm water. SOLUTION: Foam 2 of foamed sheet-like state is continuously fed from a foaming tank 1 by a salt bath method. A plurality of tanks of three or more stages are provided in the conveying direction of the foam 2, the form 2 is cool molded in the first stage tank 3 (cooling tank), salt stuck to the foam 2 is cleaned, and salt stuck to the foam 2 is cleaned and removed by warm water from second to n-th tanks 41 , 42 ,..., 4n (washing tanks). Overflow ports 5 are provided between the tanks, cleaning water sequentially overflows from the tank of the downstream side to the tank of the upstream side. The foam 2 output from the n-th stage washing tank 4n is fed to a dryer 6 and dried. |
