PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce subject film having a thickness within a specific range, exhibiting excellent printability, etc., and useful for building material and furniture material by compounding a vinyl chloride resin with a plasticizer containing an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid polyester plasticizer. SOLUTION: This resin film is composed of (A) 100 pts.wt. of a vinyl chloride resin and (B) 10-40 pts.wt. of a plasticizer containing 20-95wt.% of an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid polyester plasticizer having an average molecular weight of 1,000-4,000 and has a thickness of 40-250μm. Plasticizers having a molecular weight of <=1,000 such as di-n-octyl phthalate, diethylhexyl phthalate or dioctyl adipate can be used in the component B in addition to the aliphatic carboxylic acid polyester plasticizer.
