PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to clean the extrusion hole of a die in a short time by providing a cleaning pin mechanism having a cleaning pin telescopically inserted into the hole at the outside of the hole of the die. SOLUTION: A die 3 has a member 33 for replacement engaged with and mounted at a plurality of extrusion holes 32 opened at a body 31. The member 33 has a cylinder 331 so engaged with the hole 32 from the inside of the die 3 at the step hole 34 of the body 31 formed in a cylindrical shape provided with a step 331b at the rear end as not to be released. A cleaning pin mechanism 7 provided at a stationary base 6 is attached to the die 3. The mechanism 7 has a movable plate 71 slidably engaged with the die rod 61 of the base 6, a hydraulic cylinder 72 supported to the stationary plate 62 of the base 6 to slidably drive the plate 71, and a cleaning pin 73 mounted at the plate 71. The pin 72 is disposed corresponding to the member 33 of the die 3. |
