PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly fill an unstable medicinal, to improve the holding of quality of a medicine and to simplify a treating process by providing a notch in a direction of cylinder axis from the open terminal of a syringe or a hole in the neighborhood of the open terminal and communicating a syringe inside with the outside when a hermetically sealed cock and an open terminal cap are set in a semi-cocked state. SOLUTION: The open terminal cap 10 is loaded on the open terminal 2 of a cylinder 1, which covers the open terminal. A recessed part 11 is provided on the inner wall of the open terminal cap 10 corresponding to the projection 4 on the outside of the open terminal 2. While, the notch 3 extended in an axial direction is provided on the open terminal 2 of the cylinder 1. Also, the projection 4 is provided on its outer periphery. The notch 3 forms an upper path 20 by setting the hermetically sealed cock 7 on the open terminal 2 in the semi-cocked state. In this way, steam is introduced from a path 19, and it is discharged from an exhaust port 20, which disinfects by steam every corner of the cylinder 1. |
