PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure necessary gaps provided in common to rear body side parts and apparatus even in the swing of a swing arm by disposing the center line of swing arm in the direction of the height below a line interconnecting the center of a journal part at the front end of the swing arm and the center of the axle journal part in the rear. SOLUTION: When the height dimension of a swing arm 40 is enlarged, the swing arm 40 has the center line (b) of the height dimension located to be deviated downward by the height dimensionδfrom a line (a) interconnecting the center of a journal hole 42a in the front end and the center of a slot-like axle support hole 48. As a result, the swing arm 40 has the whole height dimension H enlarged, while the height dimension below the line (a) remains as it is. The height dimension H2 up to the lower end becomes larger than H1. Thus, the existing chain slider, chain guide and brake caliper can be mounted to the swing arm 40 as they are.
