PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the necessity of a programming for a production time information managing terminal by allowing the production time information setting managing terminal to set a display image and collection data by means of a personal computer with the use of exclusive software in a condition in which the personal computer is connected with the terminal through a communication cable. SOLUTION: In a note-type personal computer 30, an image setting tool is started with the use of a floppy disc 31. Further, names or the like of types of data obtained from kind manufacturing facilities as interface when data is obtained from the manufacturing facilities are defined for production time information managing terminals 10 which are connected to manufacturing facilities (No.1 to No.30). Accordingly, a type of an image display on a display panel 11 of a production time information managing terminal 10, collection data, data outputted to a line terminal 20 and the like can be set in accordance with a connected manufacturing facility.
