<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a sole for which the boundary of respective raw materials after press forming is externally good even at the time of press forming more than two kinds of the rubber raw materials of different quality and integrating them to a sole shape. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method of the sole 32, more than two kinds of the sheet-like rubber raw materials of the different quality are respectively punched to a prescribed shape by punch dies 22a and 22b and then, the respective punched rubber raw materials 21a and 21b are press formed and integrated to the sole shape by a forming die 24 provided with projecting and recessed parts 23 which are the approximate inverse of the projected and recessed parts 31 on the back surface of the sole at the time of completion. At the time, the punch dies 22a and 22b are provided with the projecting and recessed parts 27a and 27b which are the approximate inverse of the projected and recessed parts on the back surface of the sole at the time of completion, the projecting and recessed parts 28a and 28b approximately the same as the projecting and recessed parts on the back surface of the sole at the time of completion are formed on the punched rubber raw materials 21a and 21b and then, press forming is performed while the projecting and recessed parts 28a and 28b of the rubber raw materials 21a and 21b are fitted to the projecting and recessed parts 23 of the forming die 24.</p> |
