The method of producing dispersive resin for coating soft chrome leather consists in copolymeryzation of ethyl acrylate or ethyl metacrylate, preferably with acrylic acid and/or acrylamide, in the presence of emulgators, free-radical copolymerization initiator and molecular weight regulator. Characterized in that: 21.1-32.4 parts by mass of ethyl acrylate, 5.6-18.9 parts by mass of ethyl metacrylate, 0.1-2 parts by mass of acrylic acid and/or 0.1-2 parts by mass of acrylamide are copolymerized with 0.15-0.26 parts by mass of free radical polymerization initiator, like ammonium persulphate, 0.05-0.5 parts by mass of alkyl mercaptan, 1.5-2.5 parts by mass - with respect to 100 percent of the active substance - of anion emulgator in the form of sodium salt of sulfated polyglycol ether of hither monohydroxide alcohols or sulphated polyglycol ether of alkylphenol and/or non-ionic emulgator in the form of polyglycol ether of alkylophenol, and at least 51 parts by mass of water.
