<p>The strips have two parts, one U-shaped, and the other T-shaped, which clip together. The T-shaped section has a flat horizontal section, forming the cover strip, made of synthetic material or metal. The vertical section acts as a stiffener and is inserted in the U-shaped metal section which is fixed to the ground and held in position by the bedding mortar used for the floor covering. The cover strips can be used between soft and hard floor surfaces including carpets and vinyls and hard covering such as tiles, marble or parquet.</p> |
