Oxime derivatives having the general formula below (see formula). In this formula, R1 represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group; R2 represents an alkylene group; R3 represents a hydrogen, an alkyl group, an alkoxy group, an alkylthio group, a halogen atom, a nitro group, an amino group, a monoalkylamino group, a dialkylamino group, an aryl group and an aralkyl group; X represents a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group or a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic heterocyclic group; Y represents an oxygen, a sulfur or N-R4 (R4 represents a hydrogen, an alkyl group or an acyl group.); and Z represents a group selected from the groups shown bellow, or salts thereof (see formula).
