The proposed filter system for catenary-supplied components of direct current railway vehicles has, in addition to the standard principal elements filter choke (L1), storage capacitance (C1), charging resistance (R1) and bridging member (VT1), the additional elements VD1, VD2, C2 and R2 as shown in fig. 1. In the arrangement shown in fig. 1, these elements ensure that when the catenary voltage (input voltage Ue) is connected or suddenly increased, the energy stored in L1 reaches the capacitor C2 and does not cause an excess voltage on C1. The arrangement of these additional elements in accordance with the circuit arrangement shown in fig 2 ensures that the component G is protected by the increased resistance of the filter according to the specification of resistance R2 from transient voltage drops or reversals in polarity on the catenary. |
