The turbine has a main flow and at least two turbulence flows with a common axis of rotation generated respectively within an inner cylinder and within an outer spiral cylinder which is open at one side. The resulting stabilised turbulence streams are concentrated in terms of mass and/or velocity and have energy concentrations than the simple vortex circulation, for increased energy generation.
